It’s an easy location where your general shopping needs can be met just five minutes away at The Arboretum Shopping Center plus the Carolina Place Mall is just 20 minutes away.   Uptown Charlotte can be reached in less than 45 minutes-most of the time-during rush hour.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools serving Raintree home owners are: McAlpine Elementary, JM Robinson Middle School and Providence High School. (There are also plenty of private schools nearby. Schools are subject to change.)
